Key Responsibilities

Event Planning and Execution :

• Understand client goals and turn them into creative and practical event ideas.
• Manage all aspects of event planning—timelines, budgets, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams to align expectations and provide updates.
• Work with vendors, venues, and suppliers to get quotes, negotiate deals, and manage production needs.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design, production) to deliver high-quality events.
• Track project progress, solve problems early, and ensure everything stays on time and within budget.
• Stay current on event trends and technologies to keep improving experiences.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
