Requirements
Who are we looking for
- Marketing education : Diploma or Degree in Marketing or a related field, providing a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
- Relevant experience : At least 1 years in a marketing role especially in executing & conducting offline events.
- Language proficiency : Fluency in both Bahasa and English (spoken and written) is required to effectively adapt marketing materials and communicate with diverse vendors, partners & clients
- Outgoing personality : An extroverted and sociable individual who can confidently represent the brand across various channels and events.
- Creative organizer : Someone who can balance creativity with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, events and deadlines effectively.
- Independent worker : Capable of working autonomously while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Continuous learner : Proactive and curious, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest marketing trends and tools.
- Time management : Excellent organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities.
- Possess Own Transport is a must.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for conceptualizing, organizing and executing engaging marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Strategic implementation : Execute marketing initiatives that contribute to the company's business objective and drive properly sales.Market Intelligence : Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights.Coordinate Offline Events : Identify and organize offline pop store, shows, events and any activities to boost brand visibility and customer interaction.Vendor Management : Collaborate with suppliers to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.Team Coordination : Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to implement effective strategies.Benefits
