The role will include leading SCCM Patch Management, patch and application delivery from Intune, modernizing Windows build for Digital Workplace Environment. Understanding of BitLocker Encryption is preferable. The role ensures seamless integration with Microsoft services, maintains compliance and disaster recovery readiness, and collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions. Roles and Responsibilities

SCCM Sound knowledge on SCCM patching and application management. Application assessment and remediation. Ensure patches can be applied successfully to all the SOE’s devices via corporate network and by Cloud Management gateway (CMG) Intune Experience with Intune – Device management, managing applications and patching through for the modern managed workplace. Platform Administration Manage and administer Platform components ensuring stability, scalability and secure integration with other system components. Oversee configuration management and access controls for Copilot and related services Innovation & Evaluation Continuously evaluate emerging Microsoft MEM technologies and assess their applicability within enterprise environment. Explore all solutions comply with industry standards, data protection regulations and internal governance policies Disaster Recovery & Compliance Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for patching services. Ensure compliance with industry standards, and support solutions. Collaboration & Support Work closely with the SCCM and application engineers, Provide Level 2 / 3 technical support for configuration manager related services and manage feature release cycles and incident response. Minimum Job Requirements

More than 3 years’ experience in IT and 2 years in end user workplace management (SCCM, GPO, Intune, etc). Sound knowledge in SCCM and Intune Infra management. Strong technical background in troubleshooting and issue resolution management. Experience in Intune for the Device Management. Application assessments and remediation. Workstation configuration and support. Prior experience with Transition, Transformation and Migration in wider level. VBScript, Jscript and PowerShell experience is an advantage Extensive experience in patching management (Intranet Internet). Motivated and committed individual.
