Support the Project and be the focal point and authority for all precom. & commissioning activities from FEED to start up,

Provide commissioning expertise to ensure EPCC contract embeds properly all commissioning activities, facilitating the hand over.

Provide commissioning expertise during technical reviews to ensure proposed design and construction strategy allows to reach safely the start-up date with minimum associated flaring and outstanding punch items

Set up the commissioning strategy, team organization and mobilization to guarantee smooth start up

Manage and coordinate the Company team including commissioning site and discipline leaders, operational staff, etc.

Work closely with the CTR O&M Operations manager to ensure operators and maintenance technicians participate in FATs and commissioning activities

Follow up and endorse all commissioning activities during execution phase guaranteeing company standards are deployed, planning is respected, flaring is minimized, start up and hand over is performed with minimum punch items

Support the subsea operation team for the preparation and the execution of the Subsea facilities Commissioning and start-up

The Service holder will highlight concerns encountered during the performance of his duties to the Field Operations Manager

The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating an exemplary behaviour about HSSE rules & requirements and for implementing HSE rules within his area of responsibility,

Promote a high level HSE culture within his team and during relations with stakeholder,

Ensure required HSE competencies of the team.

Responsible to identify / support recruitment processes / support the team management of multidiscipline engineers at each location for the duration of the project,

Act as a point of contact for COMPANY and CONTRACTOR for all matters related to Pre-commissioning and Commissioning,

Ensures good coordination and communication with other Project parties and the team by supporting a good team working attitude.

Optimize the Start-up sequence and execution schedule to minimize associated flaring,

Implement, maintain and manage procedural changes through the life of the project,

Ensure that the preparation of Pre-com. and Commissioning test plans and general procedures for all activities done by the EPCC contractor is timely implemented,

Perform regular audit on the commissioning database, planning, progress and costs and initiate corrective actions as necessary,

Supervise the preparation and scheduling of all Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities to ensure that RFC and AOC of each Sub-system are timely reached as per the SU sequence without last-minute requirements.

Ensures regular equipment inspection, FAT participation and follow up by COMPANY Commissioning discipline engineers,

Prepare the integration of commissioning specialists, vendor’s assistance and Operations team

Ensure that the execution phase is safely delivered and as planned by supervising all CONTRACTOR Commissioning activities,

Ensure that specific risk assessments are implemented when relevant

Propose proactive mitigations measures if the works are drifting from the initial plan,

Review and approve the Commissioning related invoices,

Ensure Pre-com & commissioning execution is safely delivered and within schedule & budget.

Coordinate PR4 activities

Co-ordinate with Construction Manager and Operation Site Representative to ensure Commissioning sequence is respected towards smooth overlap between end of Pre-commissioning and start of Commissioning activities,

Manage the execution of Commissioning activities to maximize productivity, minimize cost and achieve smooth Hand Over to Operations

Requirements

Professional Experience (years) : 15 / 20 in Oil & Gas industry and major deep Offshore Projects / Fields

Experience in similar position (years) : min 7 with supervisory duties

Level / Diploma : Engineer, or equivalent

Reliability, autonomy, analytical, organizational capacity and leadership
