Overview
Turnaround Coordinator at Malaysia Airlines. Role involves supervising and coordinating a safe on-time turnaround for MH and FOCA aircraft and ensuring all participating entities comply with the Precision Timing Schedule (PTS) in accordance with the airlines' Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities
Responsible for a safe, secure & correct aircraft arrival to / departure from its parking bay, overseeing safety of the ramp area, departure gate, and involvement of all staff and third-party suppliers (catering, cleaning, fueling, crew, passenger boarding / de-boarding, loading / unloading of baggage and cargo). Monitor turnaround activities to meet the agreed level of service delivery and time frame, and resolve issues that may impact the aircraft turnaround. Coordinate & record the safe and timely delivery of all services to the aircraft and update reasons for any delays. Coordinate, communicate, and assist with disruption activities and status of the aircraft. Ensure implementation of new procedures, processes or product features and enhancements. Qualifications
SPM with 2 years working experience in airport operations related to ground handling. Skills & Knowledge
Good leadership quality and sound decision making in daily operation matters. Well knowledge in Above The Wing and Below The Wing activities including Load Control procedures. Well organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; able to work on own initiative to meet deadlines and handle challenges promptly and efficiently. Key Challenges
