Job descriptionSite guardian duty at showhouse Site Guardian commission = 15% of every sale on the duty date (Example : RM400,000 x 3% x 15% = RM1,800) Full Commission Based = 45% - 60% from total commission developer paid (Example : RM400,000 x 3% x 60% = RM7,200) Own Transport No experience needed; Fresh Graduates welcome Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Mandarin speaking required to serve Mandarin-speaking customers Duty at showhouse (Perak area) Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients Personalized 1-to-1 training to help you become a successful property sales advisor Basic Salary + High Commission High Income Potential - No Cap on Commissions earn RM10,000 to RM50,000+ Rich Home ALL projects are exclusive, meaning no other agency selling the same project (only internal healthy competition)

Option 1 : Basic + High Commission
- Basic RM1,700
- Commission max to 0.9% (Example : RM400,000 x 0.9% = RM 3,600)
- 3 month probation period
- 6 month upgrade to full commission agent
Option 2 : Full Commission Agent
