We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infra Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Network Support : manages and maintains the organization's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and other networking devices and cloud services.
• System Support : responsible for managing servers, operating systems, and system software. Ensures that necessary practice configurations, and security measures are in place to facilitate access controls.
• Service Support : assist end users with technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and other IT-related problems. Provide guidance to users in navigating and using various IT systems, applications, and tools. Help with software installations, account setups, password resets, and other user-related inquiries.
• Security Support : responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of IT controls, monitoring network activities, conducting risk assessment to identify potential vulnerabilities and assessing compliance with internal policies and best practices.
• Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure and network support team
