Data Analyst Associate (Start ASAP)

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

• Drive reduction in operational costs through RPA solutions.
• Deliver measurable productivity improvements and estimated hours saved through automation.
• Achieve strong satisfaction survey ratings for dashboards and RPA solutions.
• Support business users and senior team members in gathering requirements, documenting process flows, and contributing to solution design.
• Assist in building, configuring, and testing bots under supervision, ensuring compliance with RPA standards.
• Support unit testing, UAT, and regression testing of enhancements or fixes before deployment.
• Help coordinate go-live activities, prepare release notes, and ensure smooth transition into production.
• Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLAs are met.
• Participate in root cause analysis, implement minor enhancements, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Keep process documentation, change logs, and audit trails updated in line with governance requirements.
• Ensure low error rates and minimal rework on automated workflows.
• Deliver data accuracy, completeness, and reliability in dashboards.
• Integrate new technologies and methods to expand technical capabilities.
• Actively contribute to innovation and complete training hours in RPA & BI tools.
