We are Southeast Asia’s leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that we’re on the cusp of something great, where we’re working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

The role
Reporting to the Data Science and Analytics Manager, this role is based in ID, where you will play a pivotal part in championing a data-driven approach in our decision-making through data analytics solutions, whilst driving the analysis and business planning to deliver value to stakeholders. From analytics, insight generation to data governance, you prioritise and influence data adoption across the company. Main responsibilities :
Dashboard & Reporting
- Design, optimize, and maintain intuitive performance dashboards that enable stakeholders to explore data independently and drive strategic decision-making
Forecasting & Modeling
Enhance runrate projection models to improve forecast accuracy and align with business growth trajectoriesDevelop data-driven models to forecast sales event performance, optimize campaign mechanics, and support merchandising strategyCustomer Analytics
Build and maintain customer segmentation and market basket analyses to uncover cross-sell opportunities and inform merchandising decisionsConduct rigorous statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities, delivering reusable, scalable analytical frameworks rather than one-off insightsTechnical Optimization
Evaluate existing aggregation tables for performance bottlenecks and scalability constraints, recommending optimizations that support long-term growthAutomate recurring workflows to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and accelerate business outcomes across teamsDocumentation & Knowledge Management
Document data models, business logic, and analytical methodologies to ensure solutions remain scalable and maintainable as the business evolvesRequirements
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or related discipline. Master's degree is a plus!1-2 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence roles (fresh graduates with substantial internship experience in analytics will be considered)!Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and statisticsSelf-starter who proactively identifies optimization opportunities and continuously improves solutionsStays current with analytics best practices and emerging tools, applying new learnings to enhance work qualityCollaborative team player who takes ownership and drives projects to completionFamiliarity with modern data lakehouse platforms (Databricks experience a plus)Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase preferred)Experience in retail or fashion industry preferred but not required
