Team Leader - Personal Financing (Kota Damansara)

Oversee and ensure smooth, secure, and efficient day-to-day operations of assigned branches. Ensure full compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and directives issued by the Head of Operations.

Regularly review customer accounts in the system to assess their status, including identifying normal and irregular accounts and evaluating repayment performance.

Analyse monthly performance reports to monitor the sales and business growth of the branch. Use insights from the analysis to develop strategies that boost sales, enhance customer engagement, and improve profitability and return on sales.

Handle digital marketing tasks, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and support customers with cashless payment methods such as Direct Debit, JomPAY, and internet banking.

Prepare and review monthly and quarterly performance summaries in collaboration with superiors. Reports should cover project progress, sales KPIs, fund utilization returns, team performance, and other internal metrics.

Support regulatory inspections and internal audits. Immediately notify superiors of any identified compliance issues.

Carry out additional tasks or assignments as directed by superiors.

Job Requirements :

Minimum qualification : Certificate / Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.

Prior experience in sales or a related field is advantageous.

Proficient in computer applications.

Strong leadership qualities, with a results-driven mindset.

Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.

Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Possess own transport and a valid diving license.
