- Project Management
- Manage scope, timelines, resources, budgets to ensure successful delivery and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Support cross-functional collaboration and ensure project outcomes meet business and compliance requirements.
- May be required to assist with other strategic or operational projects as needed, depending on business priorities and resource availability.
- Business Analysis
- Conduct process mapping and gap analysis
- Document and refine business requirements, including LOS integration points.
- Experience with digital lending workflows and compliance
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Test planning and execution
- Familiarity with automation testing tools and AI validation
- Experience in UAT coordination and defect triage
Note : This is primarily a Project Manager role, with additional responsibilities in business analysis and testing coordination
Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors

Min 5 years' experience in project delivery with exposure in automation / AI projectsStrong Project management skills – stakeholder & vendor management, budgeting & resource planningEffective Leadership & Collaboration 0Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities essentially hybrid roles management.Experience in financial services or digital transformation is a plus.
