About the Role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Payroll Analyst who thrives in solving problems and navigating ambiguity. You’ll manage end‑to‑end Malaysia payroll , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness — with the opportunity to support Indonesia payroll as a plus.

This role suits someone who’s resilient, analytical, and detail‑driven , with strong technical skills in SAP and Excel and a passion for getting things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory submissions (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF).
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve discrepancies.
• Support audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
• Maintain payroll data confidentiality and system integrity.
