Responsibilities
Work with clients to understand their business requirementsAdvise clients on SAP recommended processes and functionsDesign solutions that meets clients' need and secure their buy-inDevelop, test and ensure client adoption of delivered solutionIdentify risks / issues, elevate and provide counter measures to mitigate impact to projectCollaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration with other modules / systems.Perform assigned duty and ensure deliverables / responses are provided in a timely and professional mannerCoach / lead junior consultantsRequirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant SAP HCM project experience in PayrollAt least 4 full cycle SAP HCM implementation project experienceStrong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholdersProblem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutionsFamiliar with project methodology and toolsTeam player in a culturally diversified environmentWilling to learn / cross train to keep abreast of technology trendsAble to work independently and elevate when necessarySeniority level
