Kindergarten Teacher

Job description

• Plan, design, and deliver age-appropriate instructional activities in line with the school's curriculum.
• Establish and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement teaching strategies that promote the holistic development of children in cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects.
• Monitor, assess, and document children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents / guardians.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively by fostering respect, responsibility, and positive values.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students in the classroom and during school activities.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays to enhance student engagement.
• Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
• Uphold professional ethics, school policies, and regulatory requirements in all teaching and administrative duties.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the school management.
