Job descriptionPossess a diploma or Bachelors in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in interior design or a closely related field. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel for site inspections and client meetings.

Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand project requirements and prepare tailored design proposals, layout plans, cost estimates.
- Deliver compelling design presentations that align with client expectations and project objectives.
- Develop innovative, functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts that meet both practical and creative goals.
- Work closely with project managers to oversee site progress and ensure timely execution of designs.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and client communications to maintain smooth project flow and client satisfaction.
