- To manage junior staffs / team for Domestic tour operation
- Hotel & Restaurant Booking
- Data Key in for internal system
- Schedule management
- Communication with supplier (Email, WhatsApp)
- May need to follow domestic tour if necessary (Peak season) as assistant, to support tour guide for big group, Hotel check in support
- To support sales team
- Handle customer's inquiry escalated by junior staff
- Operation reporting to Manager
