Key Responsibilities :
- This is a hunter sales role with no accounts provided
- Proactively hunt, identify, prospect, and engage potential new clients across target markets and industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor solutions that address their unique business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting with accuracy.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting new business.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-making.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.Seniority level : Associate
