Job descriptionManage event timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth setup, operations, and teardown. Prepare event proposals, budgets, and post-event reports. Source and liaise with suppliers, venues, partners, and contractors to meet creative and operational needs. Brand Experience & Engagement Collaborate closely with the Marketing team (Social Media, Design, Photography) to develop event concepts, visuals, and content. Support in designing customer experience flow from product sampling to brand storytelling. Gather feedback and insights from participants to enhance future events. Coordination & Communication Coordinate across departments (marketing, retail, operations) to ensure consistent communication and deliverables. Maintain detailed event documentation, schedules, and contact lists. Administrative & Operational Support Track expenses and assist in cost control to ensure budget efficiency. Support permit applications, risk assessments, and event compliance when needed. Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, or wellness sectors. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Creative problem solver, proactive, and able to work independently under tight timelines. Willingness to travel and work on weekends or evenings during events. Passionate about wellness, beverages, and lifestyle experiences. A team player who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. Strong aesthetic sense aligned with Forest Cloud’s design-forward brand. Basic understanding of social media and marketing collaboration.

The Event Coordinator plays a key role in planning, executing, and managing brand events and experiences that reflect Forest Cloud’s vision revolutionizing Southeast Asia’s beverage experience through wellness, innovation, and design. This role ensures seamless coordination of all event operations, from concept to completion, creating memorable and on-brand experiences that strengthen consumer connection and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution
Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events, pop-ups, and collaborations (e.g., Matchalates, café activations, wellness programs).
Ensure all event touchpoints align with Forest Cloud’s brand identity, tone, and quality standards.
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during event planning and execution.
Manage inventory and logistics of event materials (signage, sampling tools, uniforms, etc.).
