Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Operations Specialist located in Petaling Jaya. The specialist will handle daily IT operations, project manage development work and document requirements. It will also include testing and troubleshoot system issues, and manage system administration tasks. The role demands an individual who can ensure the efficient operation of IT development, maintain the integrity and stability of the system, and manage timely launch of new developments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in IT Operations and System Administration
• Proficiency in gathering user requirements
• Familiar with tools for project management
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Experience in managing IT systems within employee benefits industry is preferred
• Have at least 2 to 4 years working experience
