Job Description

As our Senior Network and Security Operations Manager you’ll be the strategic technical owner for Network services and Cyber Security Operations. Here you’ll be responsible for overseeing the operations, administration, enhancement, and protection of network connectivity, virtual private networks, domain services, and cybersecurity operations across the entire IT landscape. This is a leadership role where you are expected to bring thought leadership and a future transformational perspective to managing operations.

Within this position, your scope will cover :

• Providing service ownership and leadership for end-to-end delivery and operations of Network & Cyber Security Operations services, ensuring that IT services are delivered to agreed service levels.
• Managing the day-to-day service delivery of defined IT services provided by both internal and external service providers
• Leading and mentoring the team of high-performing Network, Security and Cyber-Security Engineers, supporting team members with career goals and talent development
• Providing technical support for high-priority incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations
• Providing operational reporting and insights updates to technology leadership, including the management of data and reporting of the service and data flow into ServiceNow
• Supporting Head of Technology Operations in budgeting and cost estimations; manage licensing and service costs
• Managing vendor relationships and contracts for performance and compliance, fostering strong and high-performance partnerships
