Job descriptionKelulusan minimum : Diploma dan ke atas dalam apa saja bidang Berumur dalam lingkungan 25 tahun - 45 tahun Mempunyai pengalaman dalam sales & marketing ialah satu kelebihan besar Tiada rekod dalam list CCRIS, blacklist atau bankrupt Boleh bertutur dalam Bahasa Malaysia dengan baik (penguasaan Bahasa Inggeris satu kelebihan) Komisen yang tinggi (6 tahun) dan gaji bulanan Bonus 2x setahun dan skim pencen pada umur 60 tahun Ganjaran seperti percutian, gajet dan tunai mengikut prestasi Waktu kerja yang fleksibel (Seminggu 2x datang pejabat, kerja di luar pejabat) Peluang kenaikan pangkat dalam masa 3 tahun (contoh : Pengurus Unit) Latihan, kemahiran dan pembangunan profesional akan diajar oleh pasukan kami
Deskripsi Tugas :
Kami sedang mencari individu yang beretika, berdedikasi dan berminat dalam bidang kewangan untuk menyertai pasukan kami sebagai Sales Executive (Wealth Planner). Tugas utama anda adalah untuk membantu pelanggan merancang dan mengurus kewangan mereka mengikut prinsip Syariah, melalui penyelesaian seperti Takaful, pelaburan patuh Syariah, perancangan persaraan, simpanan pendidikan, perancangan harta dan lain-lain.
Tanggungjawab Utama :
- Memberi penerangan dan nasihat kepada pelanggan mengenai produk kewangan patuh Syariah
- Melaksanakan analisis keperluan kewangan pelanggan untuk mencadangkan penyelesaian yang sesuai
- Membantu pelanggan merancang perlindungan, simpanan, pelaburan dan pembahagian harta mengikut prinsip Islam
- Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan
- Mencapai sasaran jualan individu dan menyumbang kepada pencapaian pasukan
- Menghadiri sesi latihan, mesyuarat, dan temu janji bersama pelanggan (secara bersemuka atau dalam talian)
