Job Responsibilities

Actively participate in the complete lifecycle of ERP or project implementations as a team member.

Prepare project documents, validate business processes, and ensure client requirements are met.

Train end-users on system functionality and usability.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements

Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin with strong learning ability. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

1-3 years of experience or knowledge in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey ideas effectively.

Ability to work independently and willing to work overtime if needed.

Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.

Self-motivated, fast learner, and adaptable with a positive work attitude.

Experience Level : Open to senior and mid-level candidates; salary based on experience.
