Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Johore, Malaysia. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing and developing personalized therapy plans for children, overseeing rehabilitation programs, preparing relevant reports and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting evaluations, providing therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively with children, families, and educators to ensure the best outcomes for each child.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
• Degree or Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution
• Registered with Malaysian Occupational Therapy Association
• Registered with Malaysian Allied Health Professionals Board
• Special interest or experience in paediatric / early childhood therapy
• Patience, empathy, and strong observation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to fostering a positive environment for children
