Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor, based in Puchong. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost control, preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will also liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure that project expenditures are kept within budget and the work is done to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Proficiency in cost reporting and documentation
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is a plus
• Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage
