Experience in handling conveyancing matters including legal documentation involving sub-sale & loan documentation.
Experience in handling housing development agreements.
Able to attend to status reports and update file status.
Experience in preparing documents using mail-merge is an added advantage.
Highly responsible, reliable, honest & independent.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidate must have at least a Diploma in any field.

Candidate must be proficient in using Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets and Shared folders for collaboration and file management.

Required language(s) : Fluent in English (at least Grade B in SPM English) and Bahasa Malaysia.

Accommodation will be provided.
