A) LEGAL ASSISTANT (CONVEYANCING LAWYER)

Manage real estate transactions for both commercial and residential properties (both sub‑sale and projects) ensuring all transactions meet legal obligations.
Handle and manage all loan documentation for financing and refinancing.
Review and draft contracts and other conveyancing documents.
Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.
Advise clients on conveyancing matters and attend signings with clients.
Follow up with banks, developers, government bodies / agencies, and related parties.
Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
Monitor and follow up closely the progress for all ongoing files.
Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.

B) CONVEYANCING CLERK

Assist Legal Associates in conveyancing matters.

Prepare documents for sale and purchase agreements and loan agreements for both direct purchases from developers and sub‑sale.

Have experience in law / legal services (added advantage).

Receive proper training and guidance.

Work as a team member and be initiative‑seeker.

Be diligent, self‑motivated, responsible, and willing to take on new challenges.

Be pleasant, friendly, and able to get along with others.

C) CHAMBERING STUDENT

Has interest in conveyancing or litigation (specify area of interest).

Willing to learn, hardworking, and responsible.

Possess good communication skills, proficient in written and spoken English and Malay.

Qualifications and Requirements

Legal Assistant (Conveyancing Lawyer)

Possess Bachelor of Laws degree and current Practicing Certificate.

Minimum one (1) year of working experience as a practicing lawyer in conveyancing matters and proficiency in conveyancing procedures.

Those just called to the Bar are encouraged to apply; on‑job training will be provided.

Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Possess good attitude, willing to learn and take responsibility, good communication skills, and ability to work as a team.

Manage time well and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice.

Conveyancing Clerk

Minimum one (1) year working experience in a law firm.

Familiar with Microsoft Word, fast typing, and able to work independently.

Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken); ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Chambering Student

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Well versed in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Must have a good attitude, hardworking, and a team player.

Able to multi‑task and work under pressure.

Able to take instructions from partners and lawyers.
