General Ledger Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Ledger Officer to join our team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd' headquarters in Glenmarie, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the company.

What you'll be doing

• Posting and reconciling daily financial transactions in the general ledger
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports
• Analysing and resolving accounting discrepancies
• Assisting with the preparation of audit listing
• Providing financial information and analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Maintaining and improving accounting policies and procedures
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
• Follow all ISO, Company policies and procedures.
• To handle any additional task handed by Superior or HOD from time to time.
