Job descriptionPreferable Candidate able to speak and understand in Mandarin. Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field. Experience in sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is a plus). Passionate, self-driven, and eager to achieve results. Able to work both independently and in a team. Job Responsibility
- Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients and introduce JN Design’s products / services.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
