Overview

Legal Counsel / Conveyancing role based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Draft conveyancing documents, deeds, contracts, and other related paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all legal documentation.
Identify encumbrances, disputes, or restrictions on the property.
Calculate and advise on taxes, stamp duties, and legal fees.
Resolve legal issues and negotiate terms when necessary.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant working experience in conveyancing or property law.

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

Valid legal practicing certificate or license.

Ability to converse fluently in both English and Bahasa Malaysia .

Strong understanding of real estate regulations and legal procedures.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
