Manager, Secretarial CGI (ICSA)

Responsibilities

• To provide company secretarial support for the Group, including drafting resolutions and announcements, while ensuring compliance with the Companies Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance, and other relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure timely submission of annual returns and other statutory forms in accordance with the Companies Act 2016.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, and other secretarial documents.
• Handle additional assignment, e.g. minutes of meeting, as required.
• Any other duty which the company may assign from time to time.
