Overview
Monitor and manage the performance and efficiency of the PTP function. Take actions to meet and improve KPI targets.
Responsibilities
- Work with Global Process Manager and Performance Improvement Team on regular end-to-end process reviews to identify changes and improvements as necessary to improve performance and efficiency
- Report to and work with Team Lead as well as other internal stakeholders such as Global Headquarter, Local Management and Line of Businesses
- Work with IT member to change from manual journal and manual matched transaction to the auto journal and auto matched items
- Understand the systems and tools to derive the desired business results
- Manage multiple projects and finance initiatives
- Assist the decision-making processes for various business needs
- Make sound judgment based on data obtained
- Successfully complete projects within time and budget constraints
The Successful Applicant
Proven working experience in PTP areaExperience in procurement or finance ERP system, preferably Coupa and SAPExperience in process modelling / documentationStrong analytical skills with the ability to communicate observations effectivelyAble to articulate clearly in both written and spoken EnglishHigh attention to detail and accuracy; exposure to process migration and process improvement is an advantageAble to work professionally with wide range of stakeholders both internal and externalAble to work collaboratively within a large team environmentProactively explore opportunities to enhance and improve processesCPA or CPA equivalent (BS degree in Accounting or Finance)Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databasesWhat’s On Offer
