Proposal Engineer

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Proposal Engineer to join the team. The proposal engineer will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals and tender submissions in response to client requirements. This includes analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring compliance with technical specifications, commercial terms, and company policies. The role requires attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Preparation & Submission

• Review, analyze, and interpret tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Identify technical and commercial requirements and prepare compliance matrices.
• Prepare and compile proposal documents including technical write-ups, method statements, schedules, and commercial offers.
• Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
• Prepare cost estimates and pricing structures in coordination with the Finance / Estimating teams.
