Indoor Sales Officer

Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate product or service information to customers. Prepare accurate and timely Quotations, Proposals, and process sales orders. Generate and actively follow up on sales leads through phone, email, and various messaging platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive customer retention and repeat business. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery and service execution. Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems or other internal platforms. Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and events. Prepare and submit comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
