Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies for construction projects.Analyze and evaluate contractor quotations and pricing.Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities (BQ).Evaluate and negotiate tenders and contract agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims.Conduct cost analysis and provide financial updates on projects.Measure and take off quantities from drawings.Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants for material pricing and project requirements.Source and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective materials and services.Handle contractual claims, disputes, and variations.Maintain proper records of contracts, cost reports, and project progress.Job Type : Full-time
