Field Service Engineer , you will make an impact in Johor. What will you do? Support serviceable Schneider equipment including electrical switchgear, protection relays, PLCs, HMIs, Gateway, Servers, Communication, Networking in ENMCS & IMCS environment. Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal / repair location. Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up. Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs. Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance. Look for other business opportunities outside current scope of work and lead them to the sales team when at customer site. Solve technical issues as Technical support level 2. Escalate to other technical support level within the company when needed. Investigate remotely the origin of the breakdown and submit fixes. Support Consulting Expert, Project Engineer and IOT Integration Digital Execution in all business and operational issues. What qualifications will make you successful? Degree in Electrical & Communication Engineering with at least 5 years in services onsite environment. Experience to troubleshoot protection relays, switchgears and power system products like low and medium voltage, transformers 33kV. Project implementation, testing & commissioning experience is a must. ENMCS & IMCS system knowledge is an added advantage. Knowledge in PLC, HMI & SCADA is an added advantage.
