Associate Human Resources in Shopee process the employee life cycle, working closely with stakeholders and the team to drive the business excellence together in a fast paced working environment. We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to help process and execute the day to day HR transactions.
Job Description
- Handle day-to-day HR tasks across the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding and performance management to compensation & benefits, employee grievances, and offboarding
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing guidance on people strategies that align with business goals
- Support employees and managers on people-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Offer career advice and help employees grow and develop within the organization
- Be proactive in understanding the organization and provide advice for process improvement and policy review
- Build and promote a strong sense of engagement with employees
- Support the implementation of initiatives from the Centre of Excellence, such as Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employer Branding, and Compensation & Benefits when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar fieldPrior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business PartnerProven track record of providing effective support and guidance on HR related mattersExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)Seniority level
