Overview
This full time position is pivotal in shaping the company's strategy in human capital and driving employee engagement. You will oversee the full HR spectrum such as recruitment, onboarding, retention, performance management, training scheduling, payroll, compensation and benefits, etc including liaising with external statutory bodies / government agencies such as LHDN and Department of Labour on matters pertaining to employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive HR policies, processes and programmes to support company's strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Roll out recruitment drive initiatives and employee retention programmes
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR related matters
- Lead initiatives to foster a healthy, positive and inclusive work environment
- Analyse HR Data and metrics to identify trend and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Develop comprehensive training matrix based on employee competencies and collaborate cross functionally to develop and maintain talent in the company
- Handle and liaise with statutory bodies / government agencies on all matters pertaining to employees
