Job description1‑2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of managing customer accounts. Strong solution selling capabilities—you understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively. Fluency in English and Mandarin for better communication with clients and internal teams. Experience managing the full customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention. Proficiency with CRM systems and AI tools to work efficiently and stay organized.

- Leverage CRM and AI tools to analyze customer data and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Stay current with product updates and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your expertise.
