Business Cards Acquisition & Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented candidate to lead the growth of the business cards portfolio. The candidate will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, increasing sales performance and growing market share across SME and corporate segments through strategic prospecting, relationship management, and innovative sales and incentivization techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial payment solutions, sales processes, and a strong ability to build lasting client relationships and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute acquisition and sales strategies to grow business card portfolio and identify new prospective business customers through partnerships, referral and networking resources.
- Manage sales teams and identify new channels to deliver acquisition and sales targets – including monitoring sales staff’s productivity, designing sales incentives, and running staff and customer tactical initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that drive activation and usage.
- Continuous monitoring of market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout end-to-end sales process.
Requirements :
Minimum 7 years experience in acquisition, sales or business development within financial services (preferably cards, payments or business banking).Proven and consistent track record in managing sales channels and teams to achieve acquisition and sales targets, while ensuring P&L sustainability and compliance of regulatory requirements.Experienced in managing SME and corporate clients; familiarity with payment solutions, credit and working capital needs.Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship management skills.Highly self-motivated and results-driven.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
