Salary Range : RM 4,500 – RM 6,500 (Open for negotiation based on experience)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our in-house recruitment team in the dynamic iGaming industry . The ideal candidate is a passionate people-person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to hiring qualified candidates.
• Source talents through diverse channels such as job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other partners to support hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
