BARISTA TRAINER
1. Staff Training & Onboarding
Conduct hands-on training for new baristas in :
Espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods.Use of café equipment (espresso machines, grinders, brewers, etc.).POS systems and café workflow.Ensure baristas understand café menu items, ingredient knowledge, and preparation standards.
2. Service Standards
Train baristas on customer interaction, service timing, and hospitality best practices.Role-play scenarios to improve confidence and communication skills.Teach queue management and multitasking under pressure.3. Product Quality & Consistency
Enforce recipe adherence and drink presentation standards.Conduct regular taste checks and bar assessments.Address quality lapses with immediate retraining and feedback.4. Operational Excellence
Educate staff on hygiene, safety, and cleanliness per F&B regulations.Teach basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.Train on restocking procedures, inventory handling, and shift preparation.5. Ongoing Development
Identify skills gaps and create refresher training sessions.Coach baristas on advanced techniques (e.g., latte art, pour-over brewing).Promote cross-training with kitchen or floor teams where relevant.6. Documentation & Communication
