Job Responsibilities :

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising a variety of commercial contracts.
• Advising on legal matters and applicable laws from a legal perspective in relation to all projects and initiatives by the Company.
• Assist with administrative works of the Legal Department
• Following up on all post-contract related matters.
• To keep updated with the latest developments in legislation or regulatory environment especially in corporate, financial and fintech sectors.
• Assist in identifying potential areas of legal vulnerability and risk across the Company and take steps to address them.
• Supporting the business needs by working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
• Execute any other ad-hoc tasks assigned in relation to day to day running of the Legal Department.
