Talent Development Manager

We’re looking for a passionate Talent Development Manager to build the skills and performance of our promoters and sales teams . You’ll design and deliver impactful learning programs to boost sales, product knowledge, and in-store excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out engaging digital and classroom training programs.
- Enhance selling skills, product mastery, and customer engagement.
- Partner with sales and marketing to align training with business goals.
- Strengthen performance management through clear goals, feedback, and appraisals.
- Drive employee engagement and promote a culture of growth and learning.
- Integrate company values and leadership behaviors into performance frameworks.
- Track learning results, ensure continuous development, and drive improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or related field.5 to 8 years’ experience in sales training or talent development (FMCG / personal care preferred).Strong understanding of promoter and retail operations .Excellent communication, facilitation, and people development skills.Join us to grow and empower winning sales teams in the fast-moving personal care industry!
