Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Food & Beverage industry. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring progress, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and brand standards. The Project Executive will play a key role in supporting new outlet openings, renovations, product launches, and operational improvement initiatives, while ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities related to fit-out works.
- Manage day-to-day operations on-site to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Attend client and consultant meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, variation orders, and checklist documents.
- Assist in procurement and scheduling of materials and manpower.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Building Construction, Architecture, or other related courses.3 years of proven experience in interior fit-out project execution (preferably in F&B sector).Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.Familiar with project management tools and MS Office.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
