Project Executive

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Executive to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within the Food & Beverage industry. The role involves managing project timelines, monitoring progress, liaising with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality and brand standards. The Project Executive will play a key role in supporting new outlet openings, renovations, product launches, and operational improvement initiatives, while ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all project activities related to fit-out works.
• Manage day-to-day operations on-site to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones.
• Attend client and consultant meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including progress reports, variation orders, and checklist documents.
• Assist in procurement and scheduling of materials and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
