The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system quality and business alignment throughout the software lifecycle.

Job Functions

• Point of contact interfacing between technical team to business users on issues and change requests.
• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and schedules.
• Design and execute test cases for Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM modules.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA or Micro Focus ALM.
• Follow through the resolution and / or establish resolution plan.
• Validate data migration and integrations between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
• Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.
• Participate in release planning and provide testing estimates and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards and best practices.
• Establish good working relationships with peers and users.
• Conduct training with users or internal IT teams.
• Ongoing application support.
