Production Execution Pilot

About the Role

ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur that brings together Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) and Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement) to deliver value through technology, people and processes. The Senior Production Execution Pilot will remotely operate multiple Air Separation Units (ASU) across the APAC region, adjusting load to the best economical point and responding to customer demand while working as part of a 24 / 7 shift team and coordinating with local site teams and engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Systematically run the asset optimizer and execute changes to adjust ASU production.
• Communicate plant-related information and coordinate site activities with the site operation team.
• Drive and act on internal and external customer interactions.
• Key stakeholder of "industrial crisis management".
• Deliver and actively participate in an effective shift-handover (covering safety, reliability, efficiency, critical tank level and critical alerts).
• Drive assigned continuous improvement projects and report associated benefits, including risk and mitigation planning when necessary.
