Job Responsibilities
- Deeply cultivate and maintain top-tier clients (including chain supermarkets, department stores, etc.), oversee the entire process of contract negotiation, seasonal promotion planning and implementation, and strengthen long-term cooperation stickiness.
- Customize and implement exclusive marketing activities for high-end, fresh, and imported products, and increase terminal visibility and conversion rate through scenario-based display, experiential promotion, and other methods.
- Take data as the core driving force, insight into market trends, output feasible analysis reports, and link cross-departmental teams to optimize collaboration processes and improve operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
More than 5 years of practical experience in key account sales in the Cambodian FMCG / fresh produce industry, familiar with the local market ecology and channel characteristics.Proficient in business negotiation skills and P&L analysis, and able to skillfully use tools such as Excel and Power BI for data review and strategy deduction.In-depth understanding of Cambodia's food distribution system and food safety supervision requirements, with fluent Mandarin and English communication skills.Preferred Advantages
