Working arrangement : Hybrid (3 days WFH, 2 days in Office)
About the role :
To achieve business objectives and aggressively drive sales performance and overall profitability across the assigned portfolio. Ensuring to maintain excellent business relationship and deliver exceptional service both internal and external customers. Manage all commercial decisions with these customer accounts in collaboration with the Account Manager / Sales Manager through skilful negotiation and influencing. To develop a local business plan that optimises sales performance and feeds into the national forecasting process. You will assist customers in understanding our products and identify solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals, whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities :
- Search for new business opportunities in existing accounts through identification of new contacts. Follow up on all sales leads in a timely and effective manner.
- To achieve a monthly revenue target and maintain existing customer database by researching customers and identifying business opportunities.
- Accountable for gathering competitive information from customers and market feedback and communicating it to Sales Management.
- To identify the potential wallet size and opportunity to target and sell accordingly.
- Identify new product sales opportunities in existing customers through careful needs identification, matching features, advantages, and benefits of our products.
- Maintain cooperative and productive inter‑department relationships and procedures to always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide weekly and accurate forecasts and pipeline documents.
- Maintain a general level of knowledge on market and competitor information within own territory coverage.
- Proactively inform, persuade and remind target customers about the customer marketing program.
- Telephone sales experience ideally inbound and outbound.
Requirements :
Degree or Diploma in any field (preferably technical or engineering courses).Preferably 2-3 years of experience in telesales, customer service or any sales environment with technical selling background.Achieve sales targets and other specified metrics.Commercial awareness, particularly around the cost of acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Have worked in an international organisation and be able to demonstrate good cultural awareness and appreciation.Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit‑margin driven sales environment.Proven record of account development, with a complex portfolio of products and services.Seniority level
