What you will do
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and preventive maintenance for Stryker products across Malaysia.
- Deliver first-level repairs and technical troubleshooting to ensure optimal product performance.
- Conduct technical training for customers and dealers on proper product usage and handling.
- Manage spare parts, tools, and field inventory to support efficient service operations.
- Schedule and execute engineering updates and preventive maintenance visits as required.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations, including ADVAMED guidelines.
What you need
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service within a multinational commercial setting.Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment.Fluent in English.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the medical device industry.Familiarity with inventory management and technical documentation.Additional Information
