Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the direct sales team and agent network
- Handle agent and customer inquiries related to products, pricing, order status, and promotions
- Assist with order processing, returns, and coordination with logistics for smooth product delivery
- Update and maintain accurate records of sales, agent activity, and customer data in the system
- Support onboarding of new agents and ensure proper documentation is collected and verified
- Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare sales kits, materials, and event-related items
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, agent achievements, and inventory levels
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, incentive programs, and product launches
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 1–2 years of experience in sales support, preferably in a direct selling or MLM environmentFluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience using CRM or agent management systems is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressureCustomer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
